It also stated " WEBCASH is a Prepaid Virtual Payment System where the customers determine the amount of the cash value. Webcash is a Malaysian based online payment system and Webonline Dot Com Sdn Bhd is an authorized electronic money issuer." The header had e-commerce transactions as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by payment solutions, merchant account, and credit card which isn't as ranked as highly as e-commerce transactions. The next words the site used was billing support. payment service provider was also included but will not be understood by web engines.
